END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

EasySign and the other Easy Suite apps

Please read these terms before you install or use the software. By installing,
copying or using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or
use it.

1. WHAT THIS COVERS

"The software" means EasySign and any other Easy Suite app by Aalok L that comes
with these terms, including its installer, updates, documentation, artwork and
icons.

2. YOUR LICENCE

The software is licensed to you, not sold. Aalok L gives you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software, free
of charge, on computers that you own or control, for your own personal or work
use.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

Unless Aalok L agrees in writing, you may not:

  a) share, give, sell, rent, lend, upload or otherwise distribute the software,
     its installer or any part of it to anyone else (people who want it should
     get their own copy from Aalok L);
  b) copy the software, except for installing it under section 2 and for normal
     backups of your own computer;
  c) modify, translate, adapt or make works based on the software;
  d) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software, or try to find
     its source code, except where the law allows this despite this limit;
  e) remove, hide or change any copyright notice, name, logo or these terms, or
     present the software or any part of it as your own;
  f) use the software, its design or its code to build a competing product;
  g) get around or disable any part of the software that protects it or limits
     its use.

4. OWNERSHIP

Aalok L owns the software and all rights in it, including copyright in its code,
design, text and artwork. Everything not expressly given to you in these terms
is reserved.

5. YOUR DATA

The software works on your computer. It does not send your signatures,
documents or other data anywhere. You are responsible for your own documents
and for keeping backups of them.

6. SIGNATURES AND DOCUMENTS

The software helps you place signatures on documents. Whether a signature or a
signed document is accepted for a particular purpose depends on the law and on
the people you send it to. You are responsible for using the software lawfully,
and only to sign as yourself or with permission.

7. OTHER COMPONENTS

The software includes components made by others (such as PDFium, PDFsharp, the
Open XML SDK and .NET). Those components are licensed under their own terms,
listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md, which is installed with the software. Nothing
in these terms limits your rights under those licences for those components.

8. NO WARRANTY

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aalok L is not liable for any claim,
damages or other liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising
from, out of or in connection with the software or its use, including loss of
data, documents or profits.

10. ENDING THIS LICENCE

This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. When it ends you must
stop using the software and delete all copies of it.

11. CHANGES

Aalok L may update these terms for future versions. The terms that came with
the version you installed apply to that version.
